K'nex Corkscrew

Corkscrews are relatively common in K'nex roller coasters, so I decided to make one with a 2-railed ball track. After several days of tedious fine-tuning, I finally have a working model completed. I can not guarantee that this will make it into the final machine, as reliability may become an issue, but here it is now. Filmed at 30, 300 and 840 frames per second.

K'nex Ball Machine - New look, New name.

I'm going with "Blue Fox" as the working title for my latest K'nex ball machine, which has been recently upgraded with blue spotlights and rope light. It is my goal to have a semi-working model completed by New Years Eve for a party I am hosting. Anyway, enough Tl;DR, have some pictures.

What I've been doing lately

New Ball Machine - Preview Video

Here is a video of some of the new tracks I am building for my new ball machine. The machine is nowhere near completed, and a final video will not come until next year. In the meantime, here are four of the tracks in the new machine.

More Ball Machine Progress

I managed to squeeze some construction in this weekend, and may still do some more. I've got a few new paths in the works, mostly overhead bridges. I don't really know where I am going to go from here, I'm really just playing it by ear. Anyway, have some photos.

K'nex ball machine - Still under construction... slowly

With school and all I am rather short on free time, but I have been making some progress here and there on my new, still untitled ball machine. 4 new half-finished tracks are visible here, as well as the beginning of a network of overhead bridges. More updates soon, or later, maybe... All I can say for sure is that I will absolutely not finish it this year. I WILL FINISH IT though!
